stavern

During the stay in Stavern, students from Poland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Germany and Ireland had the opportunity to get to know the advanced techniques of mental preparedness for service under the guidance of an international team of instructors coming, among others, from Iceland and Denmark. The training involved both, theoretical modules such as lectures and practical classes of breathing and muscles relaxation. Students were able to incorporate these exercises into various role-play scenarios in an extensive training facility on the Stavern campus as well as in a modern interactive simulator which is part of Norwegian university’s equipment.

The participants also could compare different methods of intervention and Police training systems in various countries, career prospects and the activities of the Police Academy in Szczytno from the perspective of our representatives.

The mobility is an example of effective international cooperation carried out by the Police Academy in Szczytno which consistently develops foreign partnerships and enables students and graduates to gain an unique vocational experience.
